North Swindon Big Band (NSBB) will be welcoming visitors to St Mary’s Church, Fairford for an evening’s musical entertainment; part of ‘Music at St Mary’s’, on Saturday 11^th July, starting at 7.30pm.

NSBB is a much sought-after Swindon big band that plays regularly at a range of venues, both locally and in the wider community.  The foundation of the band’s repertoire is based firmly in the classic swing era and the golden age of the Great American Songbook, further complemented by a diverse collection of well-known vocal and instrumental contemporary numbers.

Fairford residents and friends will enjoy a feast of jazz and swing music, as well as selections from the NSBB’s extensive dance repertoire, which is guaranteed to get toes tapping!

NSBB Musical Director, Karen Cordon, said: ‘We are delighted to have been invited to play at St. Mary’s.  We hope as many people as possible will come along to enjoy a terrific evening’s entertainment.’
